myclient.ai is an AI-powered platform that helps small businesses use AI to handle everyday tasks more easily. It simplifies managing customer interactions, emails, and deals, making it easier for business owners to stay organized and save time.
It all started after a conversation with a friend who runs a food catering business. Frustrated, he shared how he missed out on a great opportunity simply because he forgot to reply to an important email. He mentioned that he often struggles with daily business tasks and frequently misses or delays important actions. He had tried several CRMs but found them too complicated and overwhelming. This got us thinking—were other small businesses facing the same problem? We decided to dig deeper and uncover the challenges small business owners encounter in managing their client interactions efficiently.
To kick off the project, we decided to reach out to other small business owners to see if they faced similar challenges in managing their daily tasks. We wanted to understand how they currently handle their client interactions and workflow, and explore why certain tasks, like following up on emails or managing deals, might be difficult for them. This feedback was crucial in shaping the direction of our solution. We also, researched the current market offerings of CRM tools for small businesses, analyzing their features to identify gaps and opportunities that would inform the development of our solution for MyClient.ai.

In this project, we incorporated feedback from small business owners, refining myclient.ai to meet their needs. Moving forward, we'll add new features based on user input, ensuring the platform continues to evolve and support small businesses.
